When will my order ship?

Arteet usually takes 1-2 days to prepare your order for framing. It then takes 2-3 days for our framers to build the stretchers and frames for your paintings. Most orders are shipped within 3 - 4 business days after you place your order.

What is Arteet's returns policy?

Arteet is committed to helping you own amazing affordable art you love. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your package to us within 30 days of receipt. As soon as it arrives undamaged at Arteet, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.

Does Arteet offer a discount on bulk purchases?

I forgot my login email address. What should I do?

Please kindly Contact Us to obtain assistance. We will try our best to recover your lost login email address. In order to verify your identity, you will need to provide your real name, your shipping address and your mobile number to us.

How do I change my login email and password?

Click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the site Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab

If you wish to change your login email address:

  • Click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the site.
  • When you enter MY ORDERS page, click on the MY ACCOUNT tab.
  • You should see a input field with your email. Simply remedy your email address, then press the "Update" button to save your changes.

If you wish to change your account password:

  • Scroll to the bottom of MY ACCOUNT page
  • Now, you will see a "Change Password" column. Simply input your new password, then press the "Change" button to save your changes.

My credit card was denied during payment. What should I do?

Warning message of an "invalid expiration year"

In most circumstances, when a user inputs invalid information, the payment system returns the corresponding warning message. Please make sure you have entered your credit card numbers and information correctly. If you have further questions, kindly Contact Us and provide details of the error message that you are receiving. We will try our best to solve your problem.

How many days will it take for my paintings to arrive?

We ship all of our paintings via DHL Express. Depending on the destination, the shipping time varies from 1 week to 2 weeks. For destinations in East Asia and North America, the transit time is normally shorter. You can always track your order's status on the MY ORDERS page.

Once you have completed your order payment, you can start tracking your order's status on the MY ORDERS page. Simply click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the site. You will enter MY ORDERS page, where you can obtain the latest shipping information regarding your paintings.

What happens if my artworks are damaged during shipping?

Arteet will refund you.

We at Arteet do our best to package your paintings so that you will receive them in perfect condition. However, there is no way we can control DHL Express's delivery process.

If your order arrives damaged, please Contact Your Order Specialist immediately. Please provide us with your name, your email, Order ID and a photo of the damaged goods.

Can I hang my paintings outdoor or in the bathroom?

Yes. Upon drying, the oil paint formed a tough, water-resistant layer. You can hang your paintings outdoors. But please be sure not to hang them where they would be exposed to direct sunlight or rain.

Don't hang your paintings in a bathroom where you take hot showers as the steam could damage them.

How do I contact my order specialist?

You can contact your order specialist in four different ways. You can click on the My Specialist, My Orders or My Account links or use the Head icon on any page. To do this:

  • Click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the page.
  • When you enter MY ORDERS page, scroll down to view your orders.
  • Click the button named "Message my specialist" below the status of your order.

How do I cancel my order?

It takes 3-4 days for Arteet to build the stretchers & frames for your paintings before your order is shipped. Please Contact Your Order Specialist during this period if you decide to cancel your order. Once the package is picked up by DHL, Arteet may charge a fee for order cancellation.

Can I customize my canvas frame?

Yes. Please Contact Your Specialist and tell him/her the style of frame you would prefer. We will do our best to meet your needs. However, Arteet may charge an additional fee to cover the extra material and labor costs involved in building customized frames.

Can I order my paintings without frames and stretchers?

Paintings without frames and stretchers

Yes, you can. Simply choose "Canvas Only" as your frame option in MY CART. Arteet will roll your canvas painting and ship it to you.

What is reproduction arts?

Besides original arts, Arteet provides hand-painted reproductions of classic artworks. It’s not always possible to bring an original masterpiece by one of the classic painters of long ago into your home. Nor is it possible to visit a famous gallery every day to absorb the wonder of each brushstroke that produces the beauty of a Monet, a Renoir or any other master’s work. Arteet’s Reproduction Art offers you the chance to enjoy some of these paintings in your home and to include them in your life and your décor – just because you love them!

Arteet’s Reproduction Art is hand-crafted on canvas from the first to the last brush stroke in high quality oils by our own professional artists. Arteet DOES NOT sell prints.
